We welcome input from all residents as to content. The next annual meeting will be held on October 12th at 7PM, please go to the site map to read the agenda and print out the proxy form if you cannot attend. Members of the Luna Manor Property Owners Association
I hope this letter finds you well and enjoying the late summer. This letter is being sent to you to announce the Annual Meeting on October 2, 2011, to provide you a copy of the financial statement for the Association, and to let you know about updates to our website – www.lunamanor.org.
Please plan on attending the October 13, 2011 Annual Meeting. We only meet as an Association once a year, and it’s a great chance to find out how the Association doing and get involved in improving our neighborhood.
If you cannot attend, please assign your proxy vote to one of your neighbors who will be attending.
Attached is a copy of the financial statement of the Association as prepared by Sharon Richardson, CPA. Please attend the Annual Meeting if you have any questions. Sharon will be there and can provide answers.
We need volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors. The current Board has been active now for about four years and its time to rotate some new members in. Please consider joining. It is not a major time commitment, but it is a great way to have a positive impact on your neighborhood.
One of our past Board members, Joe Noble, has done a fantastic job creating our Association’s website and a bit of a poor job maintaining it. Your suggestions are welcome! Please visit it at www.lunamanor.org. We will have information there on upcoming meetings and access to Association records.
